There are four categories of townhouses. Although they are all similar in design, each category of townhouse can offer different views and different amenities within their units. Please click on each category of townhouse for their applicable rates.

• Rates are subject to 16% sales tax
• A deposit of 25% is required upon reservation
• Children under 14 years of age stay free when accompanied
by legal guardians (proof of age may be required)
• Welcome drinks upon arrival
• Xmass: Minimum Stay of 7 nights, 50 % non-refundable deposit required
• Rates are subject to change without notice
Surcharges:
• Additional persons are US $10/night/person
• Cribs are available for US $5/night
Deposit of 25% is non-refundable but may be applied to a new reservation within one (1) year of original reservation date.
